First Visit

When you come for your first appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:

• A referral letter from your GP or specialist (please note that GP referrals are valid for 12 months and specialist referrals are valid for 3 months)
• Any pathology or imaging results that are relevant to the medical issue you are coming to see the doctor about
• Your Medicare and Private Health Insurance information

If you need our staff to find results or you have not filled in an information form prior to your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early so that our staff can help you before you see the doctor.
