Dr. Marcia Bonazzi is about empowering all women. No matter the reason for your visit, she is devoted to each and every one of her patient's health and wellbeing needs. Marcia is very passionate about women’s health and provides her obstetric and gynaecological care in a warm and compassionate manner that quickly helps to establish a sense of trust and confidence in her patients, thanks to her extensive experience and calm approach.

Dr. Marcia Bonazzi
Dr. Marcia Bonazzi is a female obstetrician and gynaecologist practicing in Melbourne. She grew up in Brazil, completed her Bachelor of Medicine degree at PUCC in Campinas, Sao Paulo, and is fluent in English, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish.
Marcia trained in Brazil and Italy as a specialist gynaecologist and undertook further training in Australia in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology, first gaining her MRANZCOG followed by her FRANZCOG in 2003.
She is a Fellow of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, the Australian Gynaecological Endoscopy Society (AGES) and the Australian Menopause Society.
Dr. Bonazzi specialises in adolescent health, menopausal health, general gynaecological surgery, sexual health and colposcopy. She is passionate about women’s health care and creating an environment of warm, personalised care with her patients. She also enjoys history, travelling and supporting charitable organisations.
Our Practice Midwife
Tamsyn Wymer
Registered Midwife & Registered Nurse.
Tamsyn is our clinical midwife. She began working alongside Dr. Bonazzi in August 2018 in addition to working as a midwife in a Melbourne tertiary hospital.
Tamsyn provides antenatal care for women during their pregnancy performing standard check-ups, 1:1 education sessions, providing breastfeeding advice, performing fetal monitoring, and more. She is a friendly, patient, and nurturing midwife. Tamsyn is passionate about women’s health and wellbeing, wanting all women to feel prepared and empowered during their pregnancy and upcoming birth.

We consult here fortnightly on Tuesdays.
Reservoir Private Hospital, 73 Pine Street, Reservoir
We consult here 3 times a month on a Tuesday and Wednesday.
